| Hello everyone, I need help. I have a 1987 RM 125. I am replacing the water pump seals. I have pulled the impeller off the shaft. I am now trying to replace the two small round seals that go behind the impeller on the shaft. I just do not know how deep to seat them. Or even how to orient them. Do I push them all the way into the hole on the shaft (so they go up against the oil seal where the shaft comes through the casing?)? Do I seat them just deep enough to clear the impeller? Do they touch each other? I have no idea and the schematics on BikeBandit show the seals, just not how deep to push them onto the shaft. Please help! Jeff |
