if you replace the tripleclamps and forks as a set, any modern year will work. I would update to some usd's from a 2001+ model with parts from ebay. if you want to keep the stock clamps, you'll need conventional forks from 96-99. nobody really knows why the went with conventionals in 96 or why they kept them so long but switching to upside downs is a great way to improve these bikes handling.

heres everything you need

eBay Motors: SUZUKI RM125 RM 125 250 RM250 FORK FORKS 01 /03 (item 150154464741 end time Sep-02-07 13:09:52 PDT)

these guys part out a lot of bikes and I've bought from them before with no hassle.

Don't be afraid to fix what you've got. Bent doesn't always mean you need to throw anything away. If the current forks were set up well and working good try to see if they can be straightened. Sorting out a whole new front end (spring rates, rebound and compression damping, ride height, etc.) could set you back more money and more time.
