Default Drum Brakes

I'm having trouble figuring out hoe to get inside the brake on a pit bike, they are drum brakes.
Anyone know how?

Take the wheel off the bike, for starters. Then detach the cable and brake stay. Then the backing plate that holds the shoes should slide out of the hub.
