Default running lumpey

i av a rm 125 04 ive just had engine rebuild n gear box rebuild since then my bike isnt running right. the power band comes in then i get a flat spot change up a gear n wen power band come in its goes flat again. some 1 down my local track said it might be something to do with electrics, CAN any 1 HELP??

the fact the the bike runs at all leads me away from electrical, sounds more like a jetting issue. read this

Yep, look at the carb first. If it sat for a long time well the motor was being workrd on, you might just have bad gas.

You say you just had the motor rebult. Didn't the shop test ride the bike after the motor work?
