Default No start 97 RM250

Got a 97 RM250 that doesn't start, I have checked the basics (good spark, enough compression, and fuel present), have put 2 new plugs in cleaned out the carby twice pushed the bike down a big hill and not even a hint of starting, no backfires or pops just acts as if no spark but there is. Plug is wet upon removal. What 2 do what 2 do

only thing i can think of is that it is flooding as soon as you turn the gas on, you might wanna check the throttle cable and the spring where it connects to the throttle valve, and set the idle speed screw (on mikuni carbs the idle screw literally just opens the throttle) and air screw to what the manual says

also are you using the choke, because if your running rich the choke will just flood it

Already tried clearing it out down a huge hill wide open still nothing, seems electrical. Not once has it tried to kick back or half start or even backfire, just dead kicks. It sparks, but i'm thinking once i put the plug back in it stops sparking. I'm thinking it could be a faulty CDI

my bike never starts when cold. I always have to give it a shot of carb cleaner and then it will usually start on the 2nd or 3rd kick...... Could also try disconnecting the kill switch; may be something wrong with it. when testing for spark are you grounding it on the cylinder head? If so, it should be sparking in the cylinder.....

Yeah grounding on the cylinder. I know that it doesn't spark in the cylinder because each time I pull the plug out it's dripping with fuel so it's not sparking to fire up. I have checked the carby lots of times cleaned out the jets etc that's why i'm more conviced the problem may be electrical.
