Have a cpl DR200 Q's - Motorcycle-Journal Forums

Hi guys my friend and I have been rebuilding his 03 dr 200, and had a cpl questions, first of all is there anyone here that could tell me how to set the timing on this bike? The other thing is we are not sure if we have the hoses going to the right places on the carb theres 3 hoses, could anyone explain where each goes, i know we should have labeled them but didnt think of it at the time! ANy help would be awesome, Jay

hi,i have a dr200 also and the "t" on the flywheel should line up with the "^" on the case.the piston should be at top dead center.and the cam lobes should be facing down.there are -0- on the cam and be horazontal with the head..the cdi box handles the spark.as far as the carb i just used the hose from the gas tank to the side of the carb and didnt fool with the rest and it ran just fine.
