While the frame was being powdercoated I started polishing the swingarm:

The frame came back from getting sandblasted and powdercoated and the reassembly started:

All the old parts and the damage:

The complete list of work I did/new stuff was:
rebuilt and polished the swingarm
rebuilt the rear shock
rebuilt the forks
new cables
new front brakes (rear's just replaced last summer)
new rear brake line
new handlebars and guards
new o-ring chain and sprockets
new tires and tubes
new wheel bearings
new (to me) radiators
new (to me) airbox
new air filter
new silencer
polished my old header pipe
new plastic (except front number plate and fork guards)
made the graphics for the fork guards
new seat cover
new graphics
new number plate graphics

Sorry for the long post(s), but I'm pretty happy with the progress.

Sweet! How much does it normally cost to powdercoat a frame?

Thanks for the good words.

It cost me $200 to have the frame sandblasted and powdercoated.

Nice! Very nice! You did a great job. Two questions

How is the powder coat holding up where your legs rub the frame.

I just got a milleville tire for my rm250, How do you like it?

Again nice job.

The frame will still wear due to rubs, it will wear slower, but it will wear. I have some really thick clear vinyl that I'm going to cover the common wear area's.

The tire's are great so far. My buddy owns the shop I did all of the work in, and he recommended them, and I like them so far. I hear they don't do to well on 4-strokes for some reason, but i like them so far.
