You would have to rejet the carb as you will change the amount of airflow drawn into the motor.

By the way...If I were to have a leaking crankseal, could it be possible that it only leaks at full throttle and not through the rest of the powerband??? Also, about how much would it cost to rebuild a front shock? My seal went bad and I've never dealt with shocks before. They are Race Tech aftermarket shocks.

If the crank seal was bad it would leak at all speeds as the internal vacume would draw it into the cylinder. Forks rebuilds are Roughly 150 dollars depending on what needs replacement

Awesome. That helps a lot. Thank goodness I don't have to pull apart the entire crankcase. I had my buddy take a look at it and i had my reeds installed improperly (weren't flush because of debris). Thanks for all the help. I'll let you know if I have any more problems.
