Default four wheeler ?

Ok so i'm thinking about getting a four wheeler. Are there any insurance requirements when you buy one. or do you just pick it up and go.

It probably varies by state. We're not required to insure ATVs here.

yeah I went on to progressive and checked it out. Didn't realize they would quote atv's online like that if at all. full coverage for a new 650 raptor was only like 25 a month so wooo hooo. time to start looking.

I dont believe it is required to have insurance on any "off road only" vehicle anywhere

You need at least liability here in NB. But it's cheap only about 150 per year for that and fire, theft. Good luck on the hunt.

Don't need insurance but it is nice to have as I have total out one last year and had it replaced at the low cost of 100$ deductable. So the 120$ insurance premium was well worth the cost, compared to the 6K to replace a quad.
