Default Clutch lever very hard to pull 91 rm250

replaced my clutch about a month ago or more and since ive replaced it the thing has been very hard to pull in. If i loosen it off a little bit its easier but then the clutch drags too much and stalls the bike out (you have to rev it pretty high to keep it running) any reason as to why its like this? or what I could do to fix the problem

I would drain your crankcase fluid and check the state of it. If there are metal filings in it, then there is a possibility that there is a problem with the clutch itself.

Did you remove the actuation arm off the splined clutch actuation shaft. If so you may have placed it back on at the wrong angle.
