Default 02 DRZ 400 E Water pump

Just took my bike for the first ride of the season and noticed antifreeze dripping out of bottom of water pump. I pulled it apart and could not find any obvious problem so I ordered all seals and gaskets. I have heard this was common Honda CRF problem but not DRZ. Antifreeze is dripping out of weep hole. I am guessing I have around 100 hours. I am also looking for an online shop manual for same bike. Thanks for any help.

If it is dripping out of the hole it is in need of an impeller shaft seal.
It isnt hard to change.

A water pump, either car, truck or bike will beging to leak out the weep hole when there is a problem, it is the tell tale of a problem. In every case I found at this point it had to be replaced, the ceramic seal goes bad and I could never find a way to fix it, or the shaft wears from use and is just plain shot. . Check the anti freeze for oil also, sometimes the seal to the motor goes and fuel and oil enter the radiator. Let us know how you fixed it.
