Default GPS Installation

Hi,

I'm looking to install a StreetPilot 2720 GPS on my DRZ-400S.

Any suggestions? I'm about to order the TOURATECH item 065-0066 (http://www.touratech-usa.com/shop/sh...o?sku=065-0066) but was wondering if that's the right choice, will it fit OK, will it be a pain to install, and other such questions.

Has anyone here used it? Or maybe something else? Would I need any more parts beside the above actual mount?

Any ideas, suggestions, comments etc. would be more than welcomed.

Thanks,

Daniel

I used a RAM mount for my GPS V. It was about $25 and mounted to the handlebar. I did have a different base on my Concours, it mounted to the unused mirror mount (since the mirrors were attached to the fairing) The RAM mount isolates vibration well and come off easily so you can secure the unit.
