I am planning on riding it till the front wheel falls off. Not going to get any support from the dealer. If it continues to get worse then maybe I can catch it or get them to see what it is doing. I can control it as long as I am holding the grips during that part of the deceleration. The more miles I put on it should only amplify it and thus eventually they will have to do something about it. Yeah,, I will stop doing the endies!!!

Yea I checked out that link and it seems quite disheartening but I have absolutely no network of dealers around here that will do anything without Suzuki corporate backing them.

I would recommend calling Suzuki directly and getting them to verify that the wobble is normal for that bike. If they say it is then I'd consider trading in on a different bike.

Yea I've tried that approach. They don't say anything. They rely on their field reps to make that assessment and then go with that. Home office will not say that is normal or not,, I tried to get them to commit to that. So I will just see how it goes. Kinda a pi*ser since I have already spent so much on the bike and th accesories. WIll NEVER recoup that expense if I trade it. So getting used to it for now is going to be the norm. Like I said,, if I don't take my hands off the handlebars I am ok. But note to self,, will not be buying another 1500LC or C90 without first putting them through the paces on the highway. Maybe next time I will be going with a new Yamaha or something else.

I ain't gonna....

We all made friends here because of a common experience which happens to encompass a bunch of metal, plastic, rubber, vinyl, and is powered by internal combustion. That mess is fashioned into a particular shape of a two wheeled vehicle, and we all like to ride them.

The best bike to ride is any slice of %%%%% you can scrape together a few nickles to be able to title it in your name and ride. Whether it be the over the top Rune or a Hyosung 250......It's all about the ride......Who cares about the mount?

Ooops......I suddenly find I am six inches taller.....How the heck did I get on top of this box of Tide?

By the way EZ.... Great new avatar!!! Awesome! I used to own that Red, White, and Blue helmet!! LOL

Hey dude, I agree with you 100%! Believe it or not, I can have fun on a moped. Give me two wheels and a motor and I'm there. Brand or type of bike really doesn't matter to me. Now if I can only get that Easy Rider helmet too, life would be good...

Does that mean you will trade your M50 for a moped.

Sean
have you not tried a couple other Lc1500 to see if they handle the same as yours. You said that the problem seems to occur at a specific speed
range, if you know some one with the same bike do a wheek swap for a spin to eliminate the wheel as the cause. I know it is a pain but it is the only way you will be satisified. This is going to play with your mind until you solve it.
Then maybe you can concentrate on finding a women.
When my oldest was married he was married in Nagoya, Japan.
So there is hope for you yet.

No, but I can always add one to my collection. Then I can ride around the cul-de-sac with the EZridr helmet and a large red cape, LOL!

You know,, I ought to go to the dealership or any dealership and pretend I am going to test ride a new C90 or one of the left over '04 1500's if I can find one. Maybe that will be on the agenda in the near future.

That picture of you in a red cape on a moped is just to much for my mind.
I think I better go for a ride.

You can also try the classified ads to see if any private owners have them for sale, then go and test ride 'em.

If you rode mine, you'd get the same results. My '99 LC had a deadly decell wobble for every bit of its 23,000 mile life. It's a half mile down this 250 foot hill to the highway below, so I dealt with the issue every day I rode the bike. It was NEVER an issue with hands on the bars, but take them off and there she goes, dancin all over the street! Just never bothered me enough to worry about it I suppose. I never even changed brands of tires, but after riding a friend's bike with Metzlers, I hated the fact that I stayed with those primitive riding Bridgestones ever since.
