Memphis August 6th???? Party???? - Motorcycle-Journal Forums

Wondering if any body want ot meet in memphis for a party on August 6th. Be a great place to party and ride. I am open to any date or place but would prefer the south and a great city for ribs and beer!! It would be cool to see the M50's and C50's and S50's there. just thought I would throw it out there.

7th is a Sunday????? Maybe the afternoon of the 6th would be better,, that way people could sober up and have time to get home. Remember,,, Biketoberfest is in October down in Daytona,,, just a suggestion,,,

By the way: The post-er of this post in no way condones drinking while riding, drinking before riding, the use of narcotics or illegal drugs either before or while riding. It's more fun after you finish riding!!!!

It is about seven to eight hours to Memphis form Atlanta,, six to seven from Panama City, five hours from Chattanooga,, three hours from Nashville,, maybe something for the Southern region and the surrounding areas to think about,,,, hmmmmm,,, keep us posted,, if it is feasible and there will be a big turnout I might bite.

I will be pushing 9 hours from south bend. But I would plan on making it a 2 day road trip. Leaving out on Thursday. Pulling into Memphis on Friday. And then it is on!!!!

I would probably be leaving Friday evening,, then going back on Sunday!!!!

I could probably meet up with you guys coming throuh Nashville. Hard to schedule this stuff in advance for me but sounds like fun. Memphis is a cool town but the drive is boring from west of Nashville (at least in a car)
