Default Marauder service manual available for download here

For you Marauder owners, here it is....the Marauder service manual and parts catalog in .pdf format. It's much better quality than the one I had before and now I can see more clearly what the pictures are. Since I don't have a website to host this on, I've put them on my FTP server. Either use an FTP client and go to axel.tzo.com or use Internet Explorer and go to ftp://axel.tzo.com. (Firefox won't work, because it thinks you're trying to log on anonymously and my server doesn't allow this)

Username: suzuki
Password: marauder

Enjoy!!

No problem. Just remember that I'm limited to 284 KB upload, so it may take a few minutes to download that 28 MB file.

You're welcome. If you're running any flavor of UNIX (including linux), make sure the password entry for the user suzuki is modified so that the login shell is /bin/false to lock down the account for system security.

Thanks a lot for the manuals!!! I have a '03 Marauder, but I noticed that the repair manual only goes up to '02... Is there much of a difference with the '03 or can I use this manual?

My Marauder is also an '03 model. There's no difference between the '02 and the '03 models, or even the '04. Nothing really changed. This is the only Marauder service manual out there and probably will be for a while. It should work just fine for you.

Thanks Axel. Besides the fuel injection I would expect most other parts to be very simialr between the M50 manual and Marauder ....at least for the engine (cylinder head tourqe settings, gearbox, general components)or not?

There might be a few minor differences, but for the most part, I think it should work fine for you.

Hey there, guys. It's been a while since I've posted to the forums. Between work, going to school full time, and family stuff, I haven't had much free time lately. Anyway, I was going through some of my old files recently and came across the VZ800 Marauder Service Manual and Parts Catalogue. I no longer have them hosted at the FTP site mentioned above, nor at the dreamhosters link above. I just recently uploaded them to Mediafire, so they should be available for a long time. You can get the goods here.
