|  Chrome Radiator Cover
I ordered a radiator front cover for my wife's 800 Intruder. Looked pretty neat on the website because it had the Suzuki S in the design. It arrived last night and was a total bear to install. Her bike already had a chrome radiator housing and the new cover would not fit inside the housing. To use it, I would have to eliminate the chrome housing or modify the new cover. I went with the modification. Had to cut off the sides and cut notches for the bolt brackets. I got it installed and it looks great. However, consider the problems before buying one.
