Default Putting an S50 seat on the 800 intruder.

Does anyone know, can this be done. I prefer the low profile look of the S50 seat without the sissy bar but I can get the 800 intruder a lot cheaper. Would the factory seat fit, or can I get an afermarket seat that would look like that?
Thanks

Cobra backrest removal kit, part number BLV2-2300, costs about $90 and eliminates the sissy bar from the Intruder. This alone will make the bike look much lower and sleeker, so you might not even need to buy another seat. But if you want to, removing the sissy bar will allow you to install the S50 seat, or any number of low-slung aftermarket seats like the Corbin Gunfighter. The factory seat is going to set you back a good $350 or so, as will a good aftermarket seat, so keep that in mind when deciding between the Intruder and the S50. The S50 also had the fake air cleaner tool box on the side, while the Intruder has the tool box in the sissy bar, which you will remove...

Sorry, I don't know if the S50 seat will fit the Intruder 800 but I have a nearly new (600 miles) stock S50 seat available since I am changing it out for a low gel seat. If you are interested give me a shout and I'll cut you a deal.
