Default Looking at moving on to a new bike....

I need some advice...I've posted some questions already on the HD section.

I am looking for a bike that has:
1. Good power at passing and cruising while two up
2. Nice comfy ergos for the rider...and to a lesser extent for the passenger
3. Decent gas mileage 35 mpg and up.
4. Reliable and light on maintenance. I'm not a complete noob when it comes to maintenance...just a procrastinator.

I've narrowed my choices down to(Ordered by most likely to least likely to get):
1. HD Dyna (Superglide, Lowrider, Defender)
2. Kawasaki MeanStreak
4. Honda VTX1300
5. Yamaha VStar1300
6. Suzuki M90
7. Suzuki C90

Anybody have experience on either of these bikes? Or even better...ridden several of these bikes?

I've sat on a vstar 13 and a meanstreak and a c90.
I flatfooted a meanstreak but couldn't really get it down for the vstar or the c90(still had fairly good control over it).

The Harleys don't seem that big so I'm sure I can flatfoot it. I'll have to sit on a vtx and an M90. I'm hesistant on getting a New bike because the resale value is pretty harsh on metric cruisers.

Thanks!
