|  New Years Day Ride
Anyone get out for a new years day ride? After a late breakfast/ lunch with the people we spent New Years Eve with, I got out New Years Day. Even took a few pictures. The day started out cold in the lower 40s with fog at our elevation (about 1000 feet), but I knew the sun would be shining higher in the foothills. Looking at fog outside the garage  I broke through the cold fog after about 10 miles up Hwy 50, and just kept going. Rode with a guy on a Harley bagger setting a pretty good pace for a while and climbed to 4000 feet where the road sides had snow banks and there was some water and sand on the roads.     |
