Default Cruise Control Recommendation?

I have heard good things about Vista Cruise Lock and Throttlemeister. Anyone have a preference? Which is best and why? Or are there others worth considering? This isn't for me; it is for my husband. He has problems with his throttle hand falling asleep.

Try a $10 "Throttle Rocker" or "Cramp Buster". They don't hold the throttle, but they do allow you to use the heal of you hand to hold the throttle, allowing you to relax your fingers a bit. If you don't like them, it's a cheap experiment. they don't cost much. Some people hate them, I have one and it works fine.

Thanks for the thought but he already has a Throttle Rocker and it is not enough. Any cruise control recommendations?

I've heard bad things. Think safety while you shop.

They definitely need to be used carefully. He wouldn't use one all the time, only on the highway when his hand falls asleep.

My buddy has a Vista Cruise Lock. He is quite happy with it. He just has to touch the front brake and it kicks off. I'll ask him if his is a standard configuration.
I just use the throttle rocker. It works for me.

Thanks RG. Vista seems to be the best one, based on comments from other riders as well as cost (Vista is a lot cheaper than Throttlemeister).

I talked to my buddy. He had it installed by the dealer when he bought the bike. He says he had nothing special done on installation, and is happy with it.
