Default Saddle Bags for C50

Looking for a good fit for my C50 but want to keep it in the under $200 price range. I see a lot of bags listed by differn't vendors and wondering if anyone has bought any and how is the fit ect. I think I would buy the stock bag brackets as the price doesn't vary much. Any suggestions?

I just mounted the Willie & Max Gray Thunder Fleetside bags on my Volusia. Overall, I'm very happy with them. Decided to get the Easy Brackets as well. Between the deal I got on eBay for the bags ($76), and the deal I got from Xtreme Suzuki for the brackets ($121), I came in just under the $200 mark.

I have Willie & Max bags on my Savage and have been very happy with them. I got a great price online and they have held up well.

the Fleetside are the big ones right? 11x16x6 or so? (I think) I been looking at those for my blue/black '05 but I'm not sure how the Grey would look with them.

Any chance you got pics you can share maniac? I'd love to see a pair mounted.

I really like the Saddlemen Drifter (jumbo) bags that we just mounted with EasyBrackets on our 04 Blue/Silver Vol.
It will be few days before we get any new photos, though.

Anybody try to make brackets at home? Sounds like a good project for someone who has a kid in metal shop.

Even though they are pricier, The LeatherLykes are the better deal. They bolt directly to the back of the bike with the hardware that is included. No stand off brackets needed (which can/will cost you an additional $75 to $125 over the price of the bags.

The LeatherLykes are very roomy and add a great look to the bike, on top of that they are water/weather proof and are lockable. And easy on and off.

Had them on my 03 Volusia and my wife had them on her Vulcan classic as well. We both loved them.

just my 2 cents, but you see a lot of the VL800's with them on it and everyone that has them is glad they went with them.
