| I really like the look of the bike and the V-4, but I'm a little put off by the lack of fuel injection. It's a shame, because the 5 year warranty is the longest of any of the Yamahas. I also noticed there is no 09 Royal Star shown on their site, are they not putting out these bikes in 2009?

| Agreed, that's why I went to look at the 09's, to see if they upgraded to FI, and didn't see the line in there at all. Guess they plan on selling a ton of V-rod's. Ooops, I guess the price threw me, I mean VMAX's.

| hi from australia i have just traded my m50 for a new 07 royal star tour deluxe and i have to say i was a bit worryed about the carbs but now i have the yamaha it is unreal to ride totaly diffant to the m50 but comfy as, gears are smooth and has more than enough power there when i need it, i love the look with out the windscreen
