Honda Shadow spirit 750DC vs Suzuki's 50 series?

Now, I am waiting to see what the '09 Suzuki's come out with. Maybe something I might have to have. Since the motorcycle has become my primary vehicle I am looking forward to investing into something with more power on amenities. The Shadow is really an Vtwin engine with a seat.
Since gas is $4.65 a gallon here in Southern California the dealerships are blowing out the cycles and that will bring a lot of used bikes when people won't/can't ride them anymore in a few months.
So it's either wait for a used Suzuki or see if the '09 series 50's get an update.
Should be anytime now when they announce the line up.

I highly doubt Suzuki will change anything for their 50s in 2009...other than maybe paint & price, when compared to the 2008 lineup.
