Haha...first one of the year, without fail, shakes me to the core. You've been baptized man...carefull though, it's addicting. I have to switch back to my stock pegs because I've ground my kury's right down to "nubs"

Yeah, that first time is a killer! I remember almost peeing myself!
What's funny is you'll get to where you LIKE it!

I have not scraped my boards on my 90 yet, not for a lack of trying. I tried again today and had a fairly extreme lean, nothing!! i watched a video last night of a guy on a 90 scraping his boards at a very low speed. How did he do that with so little lean???? Really long feelers??

I lowered my M 3" a while back. On the left side, I scrape my kickstand before I scrape my left peg.

If you watch Ride Like A Pro, they tell you to scrape your pegs while practicing so that you are use to it.

Vinnie, I had a guy on another forum tell me that my C90T boards would drag at a measly 15 degrees. Obviously, he doesn't know what he's saying, because I've gone over 45 degrees many times and not scraped. I measured the boards, and they're 9 inches off the ground! It would take a heck of a lean to make them scrape. I envy those who have done it, because I'm too chicken!

That's kinda what I figured. I had a heck of a lean today on a very sharp corner taking it at 50 in a 30 and still nothing. Guess I have to get really long feelers on my boards.

The M109 scrapes the front pegs all of the time at a decent lean. I usually will scrape at least once every time I go out no matter what.

I get quite a nice warning on the Marauder. The heels of my boots scape before the pegs when the balls of my feet are on the pegs. It's a lot of fun on the highway off ramps just barely not scraping my boot.

FWIW, I drag the boards on the C90 all the time. Slow to moderate speeds are more comfortable because the consequences needing a sharper turn at high speed and not having any room to get it is a bad thing. I could never understand the logic behind lowering an already low-slung cruiser.
