Default the best price on a rake kit?

Im trying to find a rake kit for my suzuki intruder i really dont want to spend so much money, and on all the site tha i find there going for over 1800 bucks. I just helped my friend install a rake for his VTX 1300 and he also added a 4" rise and I think he paid under 600 to 800 not sure will ask him again but one thing for sure it wasnt the 1800 that i been seeing. OK can someone direct me to the right site thank you for all your help.

You choices for a chopper kit for the Suzuki Intruder are limited to offerings from Seeger Cycle and AME. Both cost about the same, $1700-1800 for the complete kit.

Your other option is to buy extended forks, a raked triple tree, longer cables, longer hoses, a new headlight, and the other parts you need separately. This will save you some money, but the raked triple tree is not going to handle nearly as well as the specially designed trees in the kits do.
