Default My new bags

Well after waiting for a while for such things as money and then shipping time, I'm done i think for this year.

I bought these from our friend at Value-Accessories which the service was great. They all ways answered my emails with hours. Sometimes at night.

I wanted to move the bike to a better spot but the battery died. Been sitting for 3 months. I'm kinda of a shame since photography is what I do part time for the past 27 years.

I choose the leather Jumbo Strong since i didn't want to bother with painting. I haven't seen anyone here yet with the Jumbo Strong.

My cons about them is the side that faces the bike is molded for fit many bikes so there are area's thsat are set in. Thus loosing space in the inside. but I like they way they look. I left 2 inches above the pipes but still still low enough.

Let me know what you think.

Looks good. I am normally not one for white walls, but on your bike it looks great.

I use them when it very COLD or raining but if it over 60F the heat just comes up and cooks you legs. Well worth the $100.

Last year i used them at bike week in NH and it rained all day and never put my rain gear bottoms.

That looks good!
Yes the white wall does suit that bike.
I guess its the white part on the tank that makes it look to suited.

Great job!!

Awesome bike. I got mine from value accessories too and i have to agree with you on the customer service. I got the leather wrapped strong bags too and i've really enjoyed them so far. Where did you get that barrel bag? Do they have them without studs?

It's a saddlemen and they do make them without the studs.

I bought from a local guy that always give me a good price for cash on Saturday, If you know what i mean.

I like it because it's quick to get to. I keep gloves, sunglass and my wifes things.

Carlos,
Funny thing you ask. We are going up there on July 3rd at about 7-8 am. Staying in a B&B in the Lake George area and going on up to the lake Placid area. We are staying at the same place all 3 nites and riding back Sunday. When are you leaving?

We're planning on leaving on Thursday as well. But don't have a place to stay yet. I was thinking in just taking a chance of finding a palce.

When I get back I'm going to be looking hard for a place. Where your staying is a little out of the way. Would like something closer.

Also going to Toronto in August, Uncle got a 45 foot boat for me to live on for a week. So I'll be riding threw lake george and staying in 1000 island for a night.

Also still going to bike week in June for 4 days, You going. And daily trips to the Islands and P town (for a laugh) Busy Summer so far. I got 2 newbees to train.

I picked that place...about 11 miles out of Lake George so we could get to the northern area easier. Have fun back home in Portugal. I was in Europe about 1 year ago and the the gas prices are unreal. Hope you have fun on the boat....As far as Laconia, I went there twice.....got thown out of town once and arrested once. Enough for me!!! Of course I was young and stupid 40 years ago, instead of just stupid!!
