Default C50 questions...

Hi everyone.
I just purchased a 2006 Suzuki C50. Its a great bike and the wife and i love it so far. I have a few questions, and since the bike didnt come with an owners manual - I thought I'd ask the forum gurus.

1) - the fuel light. My Honda VLX has no fuel gauge at all - so I just know I can go about 110 miles before filling up. My Hyosung GV650 has a digital fuel gauge so I just fill up when the gauge reads low. The C50 has a light, but no gauge per se. So - when its low will this light activate (or is it only active after all the feul is gone ) or do I need to find out what the average mileage is and judge by distance?

2) - I find the stock handlebars uncomfortable. I want to swap them out for a little set of 12" apehangers. Are they 1" bars or 7/8" bars?

3) - A common modification for the VLX is to "drill out" the exhaust pipes using a 1 3/4" holesaw. Is there a similar type of exhaust mod for the C50?

4) - I have removed the stock windshield and am using the mounting brackets to fabricate a headlight panel similar to Harley Fatboys. Am I reinventing the wheel here - is there already someone who offers this?

5) - What type and how much oil does it take?

6) - Is there touch-up paint available? I have the two tone silver model.

Thanks for any help yall can give me.
