Not normal, get it back to the dealer and have him check it out.

When I was looking at used bikes, I drove a 2003 VL800 and it was smooth as could be. There must be a problem.

What type of vibration ?

Front wheel ? Back wheel ? Engine ?

A little more detail may help.

I think I know what you mean. Above 65mph, I can't even look in my left mirror, just looks like a blur. I didn't have this problem on any of the used bikes I tested. Hopefully, it's just a matter of breaking her in.

I get some vibration on my VL800 as well. Though yours sounds much worse. You may want to check it with another dealer or an indy bike shop just to be sure.

Ain't had mine up to 70 yet.. hit 66-67 a few times yesterday. I've got some sort of vibration noise around the forks, but seems to me so far to just be something not tightened up good around the light bar. But it's noise only - except for some of the wrinkled pavement I hit it was smooth as it could be around 65.

V-Twin with lots of torque=some vibration.

Do you have a windshield, could it be wind turbulence rattling your head ? Some riders say they have blurrred vision from turbulence.

I would go get the dealer to check it out. I have over 1100 miles on my new C50, and it's nice and smooth at highway speeds.

All bikes vibrate some, but it shouldn't be an uncomfortable thing unless you're on an old H-D or a $30,000 custom!

Are you sure it is not your helmet? I had a helmet that had a large bill snapped on the front and it would grab a lot of wind making it hard to see the mirrors.

Would try another dealer and see if they can't help you out. Some vibration at speeds over 60 are normal its the nature of the beast v twins vibrate. But yours sounds like it may be something to be looked at. I know on my bike the right mirror vibrates at those speeds but the left one is clear and able to be used.

I get some vibration in my foot pegs, the mirrors are blurry at highway speeds but I've had mine up to 95 mph and not experienced anything like you describe. There have been reports of improperly lubed shafts, I'd insist the dealer check it out. Under warranty.
