| I bought my wife an 03 650 Savage. She'd never ridden before other than on the back of my bike but learned on this bike in no time. What a great bike! What I would like to find is some auxilary lighting similar to what is on my bike to make her more visible. Not totally sure what they are called but they are two smaller headlight type lights that will bolt on to either side of the main headlight. I'm not a motorhead so installation should probably be pretty simple. Anyone every put something like this on a Savage? Thanks. |

| It's called a "Spotlight barcket" http://secure.cycleaccessoriesoutlet...=83&page=2 It mounts by unbolting the headlight and slipping the bracket under. The spotlights are extra and quite expensive, and then you'll need to figure the wiring. |

| Am wondering what you decided to do on this. The other thing that I know people do is install the Kisan modulator bulbs. I have the rear one and it is great -- it basically flashs as you brake. They make one for the headlight too. I haven't installed it but I know other Savage riders have in order to increase their visibility. | I found the following website that offered a lightbar for the Savage. I will probably order this one eventually. http://www.accessoryinternational.co...;Store_Code=AI Looks like a pretty nice set up. |
