Welcome Rlunow. I don't know about the Kury grips but I had the Vista Cruise on my stock grip. Somebody will chime in with an answer.

The Vista Cruise works fine with ISO grips. So do the Breakaway Cruise Control and the Cam Lock Throttle Control if you bought the ISO grips that re-use the stock throttle sleeve.
