|  star 1300 "whining"?
Hey guys just stumbled across this site and am excited to now be a part of it. anyway i bought a star 1300 about 6 weeks ago and love it(my first bike) my only complaint is that the motor makes something i can only describe as a whining sound. - i know nothing about motorcycle maintenance so i don't know if that is a helpful way to describe the sound. the bike runs great and it's not that big a deal just wondered if anyone has had the same problem and if it can be fixed. I have 1,200 miles on the bike and the sound seemed to start a few hundred miles ago. had first service performed at 600 miles. I going to talk to the dealership tomorrow but i just wondered if any of you had any imput. I look forward to getting to know all of you in the future. Thanks |
