Red face Small thing

Any of you guyz with C-50's have a little trubble up-shifting with the heel-toe pedal?
When I use the heel with boots on, I usually miss third.

Seems like the heel pedal doesn't return or "click up" high enough after 2nd.
I looked at the linkage and was wondering if some sort of small adjustment may be in order.

It's probably just rider error

I've never had issues using the heel shifter wearing boots.

No problem with shifting and at 18,000 miles.

What I do find is if I wear a diff. pair of boots with a smaller heel I can mess up if I get careless. That is Rider error.

Went out for a cruise today and studied what I have been doing,

Everytime I shift (especially in heavier traffic) my left foot slides back on the footboard.

This places the pedal just ahead of the boot heel.
Evidently when this happens I don't rock my foot back far enough to click into 3rd...

Rider error resolved...
Thanx for the replies all!
