|  Mufflers for 800 K Vulcan Classic Where is the best place to buy some type of muffler or baffle for 2001 Kawasaki Vulcan 800 Classic. The bike I bought had V&H Straight shots with no baffles. I put baffles in the pipes, but it is still too lould.

| Get yourself some fiberglass muffler wrap. Pull the baffles, wrap the fiberglass around them a couple times, pop them back in. You can adjust the sound level by increasing or decreasing the number of wraps - the more you wrap, the quiter it gets. This will solve your problem for about $8. If you don't have a bike shop local to you, you can find it on EBAY or some other internet site: Fiberglass muffler wrap on Fea-bay
