|  I Can't Take It Anymore!!!!
Okay--hello again, everyone... I am now 5 days away from purchasing my bike--I should say 5 days away from reaching my DEADLINE that is. If you remember--I had posted a number of weeks ago about being a "returner" rather than a beginner--you guys really helped me (or so I thought) come to a decision, unfortunately, it didn't stick!! So, I went to purchase the c90--the bike that I had been eyeing for a month, the bike that made me join the forum to do my research, the bike that i went in and sat on every chance I could, and told the salesman that I'd be coming back for MY BIKE---SO--I go to purchase--cash in hand, and I see the vtx1300. take note--the vtx had been sitting next to the c90 the whole *&^%$ time and I had NEVER noticed it. now all of a sudden--i can't take my eyes off of it! (what kinda &*^%$ is THAT?!?!?!) so...since then I keep going back and sitting on both bikes --I know that I should be weighing the pros and cons--and I have been--mostly from what I've read here at the forum--it's just....NERVE RACKING!! the c90: (pros) done all the research like the size of the bike (cons): could it be a little TOO big? the color (grey/silver) around town--might be kind of a hassle due to it's size (not really planning on cross country trips, more like cross COUNTY or so.) the vtx1300 (pros) Ideal size (??) not TOO big, but not too SMALL either more parts for customization IT"S BLACK!!! (cons): it's smaller than the 1500 (i know, I know--not by much) okay--i know that if I go by my pros/cons list, the decision is already made, but it's STILL a hard decision!! (and to think--I get mad at the misses when she's indecisive--look at me now!! she'll have a field day with this--that's why she has NO IDEA that I'm getting a bike--she'll find out when she finds out!!) help anyone? Both bikes are being let go for 7995!!! which doesn't make the decision any easier-it's still a good price for either bike--especially the c90!!! brand new!! both of them!! leftover 2006's!!! (I know--if i don't hurry up, the decision will be made for me!!) |
