Default Cold Weather Starting

Anybody Got Any Advice On A Good Battery For A C90t. I Know Were Getting Out Of The Cold Season Now But We Will Still Have Some Cold Mornings. The Problem Is My Bike Will Start Ok Even After Sitting Several Days In The Cold, with Or With Out A Battery Tender ,but Once Started If It Stalls For What Ever Reason It Most Likely Wont Restart Because The Battery Is Drained. Wondering If Anybody Else Has Had This Problem And If They Found A Solution. My Battery Is Still The Factory One And It Checks Out Ok When Tested.THIS ONLY HAPPENS ON A COLD RESTART.ONCE YOU HAVE RIDDEN DOWN THE ROAD A FEW MILES AND RESTART AGAIN EVERTHING IS OK. CHRGING SYSTEM IS GOOD.

With the little information you have given us, I wouldn't suspect the battery to be your problem.
I'd suspect either the charging system, or the starter.
Describe what happens when you try to start it hot.

Default Your bike.

A question: If you drove the bike all over, then parked it at home. Will it start the next day? Your battery should not be so weak that it cannot start the bike, especially warm. Check your charging system, if the battery tests good.

it could be heat soak in the starter motor itself.

if you let the engine run for 10 seconds but DON'T ride it, will it restart ok?
if you let the engine run for 5 minutes but DON'T ride it, will it restart ok?
if you ride the bike for 5 minutes, will it restart ok?

the difference here being that riding gets airflow to cool the starter motor, but sitting still doesn't get airflow to cool the starter motor.

or it could be vapour lock - totally unrelated to batteries.
