| Seat Tester | My '05 GZ250 had no limiter to 75mph. After I changed the exhaust I had it up to 85mph on I-95 south between Richmond and Stony Creek, so I was running 80mph +/- 5mph, but I think I was on a verly long slope downhill with the wind behind me. LOL As for a windshield, I used a National Cycle Plexifairing 3 and even though it said it was not made to fit it, it fit pretty well. It was no perfect, but it fit and did a great job. ![]() ![]() That was my first bike which I sold a couple weeks ago; it was great to learn on, but I'm glad I have a bigger one now. Cliff

I have a speeding ticket that I just got for going 80 on the highway. 85Mph is all these little bikes really can push anyway. But hey, Id like to see some of those mod pics. | |

| The Spitfire windshield is inexpensive, easy to install, and works well. check on ebay: eBay Motors: 99-06 Suzuki GZ250 GZ 250 Boulevard CSF Windshield (item 220097789691 end time Apr-09-07 07:10:33 PDT). |

| 4K? Not sure on the GZ250, but mine go from 7-10K on the intruder 800. You could try slowing down more with throttle and/or engine control instead of brakes and see if that extends them significantly.
