|  Schumacher Chargers... Anyone install one?
I just bought my first bike Friday! 2006 Yamaha V Star! I'm so damn excited! Only got 5 miles on her so far due to the weather (BUMMER!) but anyway wanted to make sure I kept her charged up when not riding so I purchased a Schumacher 1.5amp charger at OReillys and installed the plug on the batteries for quick plugins and trickle charging. It has a float and turns on and off autmatically. Anyone else use these? What did you do with your plug while riding or not using it? Just let it hang? I tucked mine under the seat, but thought I'd see if others had ideas! Can't wait for warmer weather to put some seat time in on this great bike! Brad |
