Default Oneida Suzuki heads up!!!

Well there is a discount sort of. I JUST TICKS ME OFF That a company with such good prices will bait an switch or what ever. They have a coupon that says that there is 10% off on internet sales on Friday, BLACK FRIDAY, the 24th. The coupon has to be entered on the screen area provided. But when you click on the coupon it takes you to more of their catlouge. It will not give you a number to enter, SO no discount. Call the store and they tell you that the internet division is a seperate enterty, call them. Call the internet number provided and it tells you that this number does not accept calls. I used thier E-mail section and some girl named Kelly does not answer my questions but just cancels my dam order. Now I have to re enter it all over again. I am still waiting to see what they charge me. But the invoice shows no discount at this time. I'd like the $28.00 discount but its not that big a deal but its the prinsacle of it! For a company that says at the bottom of thier screen that customer service is what important to them it sucks. Now will I still use them ? Unfortunelty yes because thier prices are generally the best that I have found. But their credubility is GONE!!

Dave, I've had similar issues with Oneida. I like their low prices, but their shipping practices and the layout, not to mention the order handling, on the site tend to make me shy away from them.

I have had good luck with CruiserCustomizing however.

If you don't study you don't go to Iraq (Kerry) you work at Oneida Suzuki.

I dont know I went with kerry to Nam (Not really I just spent 6 great months in Thailand. Air Force doesn't get to close to people shooting at you)

well it all started with Oneida Suzuki when they had a coupon during thanksgiving. I copy and pasted my bill from them were they changed prices when the sale was going on. Well Dave said that he called up and these young kids weren't too bright. And then I brought Sentor Kerry about his remarks about stundent that didn't pay attention would end up in Iraq. Then I brought up the point I quess me and him weren't too bright because he went to Nam and I went to thailand during the war that no one want's to remember.

But in Thailand they had REALLY good %%%%.

Angry Oneida Suzuki Sucks

Hello,
Just wanted to say not to buy anything from these losers.
They have no clue how to run a business. We received a present that was purchased from Oneida Suzuki. It was one size too small. There are no descriptions of the sizes on the website, so how would anyone know which size to order? It's an internet business, it's not like I am going to fly all the way to their store to try something on. They refused to exchange although it was never worn, still in the package and still with the tags on! They told us we had to do it within 5 days of purchase, which is totally ridiculous...it was a gift! We even had a copy of the receipt!
Just avoid them at all costs. Other places might be a little bit more expensive, but avoiding the hassle is worth it.

Good advice, except for the fact that all Internet sales come with no customer service. It's always a crap shoot.

They are not all that bad, Iron Pony was pretty good...if you want to see the difference order from LL Bean. Now THAT is customer service!!! Why can't any motorcycle supply house be like them. They would make more money then God!

New Enough is like that. They have a great reputation in the big forums. I had to exchange a gift for my wife after Christmas and they emailed me personally to handle it - all for a $47 closeout jacket.

I cleaned some junk out of this thread, btw.

Oneida has always had good prices, but has also been notorious for lousy customer service......i like to work with EXTREME. may be a bit more expensive on some things and lower on others, but they are heads and shoulders above Oneida in the CS dept...

Clint, I agree with you about New Enough. I have purchased many items from them and the service has been great. I would like to mention another place, Fox Creek Leathers in Independence, Va. Fox Creek Leather - Motorcycle Jackets, Chaps, Vests, & Gloves. They will call you and let you know what is going on with back orders, etc.

Oneida has been doing this for years. The people that are local to the shop even get screwed around by these clowns.

I spent a bundle at Oneida Suzuki dressing up my new ride. A bracket snapped on a highway peg, pretty small thing but rendered it useless. I contacted Oneida with the problem and could not believe the lack of customer service. They came close to just telling me to buzz off, they don't care. Said the only solution they have (because they don't sell parts) is for me to buy a new set. Nothing I tried to do made them give a rip about me as a customer. I wouldn't buy anything there if it were the last supply place on the planet.

You're lucky they didn't tell you to take your order and stick it up your dukey chute!!

It's easy just call your credit card company and tell them you want a charge back. They'll take it off your account and they can drag it on for months and months and months. I did it to them and won. Had to ship the bracket back. But didn't get stuck.

I called their place back when I was shopping for my busa. He said they had a blue and red one on the floor. I asked him what kind of money I could get for my C50, and if they could beat another offer I got. He told me to call back later in the day and he would have something. Called back... nothing. So I called the next day... he started giving me attitude about how busy he was and that he didn't have a quote for me. So I said %%%% you and bought it from a dealer about 90 miles south.
