Default Toyrun - South Africa

Hi

Believe it or not, but crappy old South Africa can actually do something right. Once a year, the biking community holds the largest biking charity event in the world, called the toyrun. Last year more than 50 000 motorcycles took part countrywide.
Just in my city, the gatering last year had 6000 bikes. Ofcourse this year there will be 60001, as I join this circus with some fanfair.

I am sure you have similar events where you live. I can hardly contain my excitement. This all happens next weekend. I can already see all the "other" bikers drooling over my C50 beast.

COOL!
That's a pretty good sized run.

There's a local Toys-for-Tots run coming up in a few weeks that I'm going to be a part of.

I wish there were more charity/benefit rides in my area.
Some cities have lots of good causes putting rides together, but it sounds like you and me are in the same boat in our home-towns.

Consider it done.
