Hey Taterdog.

Doing much better on the throttle thanks. Bike is coming along great. I have been cruising up and down my local town. If all goes well, I will do a bit longer highway stretch tomorrow - about 140kms. I am still "scared" of the bike - not confident at all. But I am working on it. Been showing the bike to some people we know, and they are all highly impressed with it's look. Very nice bike indeed. I am very happy with my purchase. Money well spent. No cognitive dissonance yet!

PS: MSF is not in my country. Well not in my town anyway, and it is the 4th largest city in South Africa. For now, I am still left to my own devices, as far as learning to ride is concerned. However, I there is a small gathering next weekend in my town. I will attend, and I will learn.

Do a search for motorcycle safety foundation and you should come up with
the course in a read only file. Just means you won't be able to print.
A empty parking lot some tennis balls cut in halve and a way you go.

Read the David Hough books ("Proficient Motorcycling", etc). Very wise advice
