Lightbulb Looking for billet luggage rack for C50

I'm looking for a stock billet luggage rack for my '06 C50T. Anyone have one for sale or know where I could get one w/o placing a backorder order?

Thanks all,
Daryl

Here is one thing to keep in mind. I have the stock billet rack from Suzuki. NOT HAPPY WITH IT!!!!! It looked great to start with but over time the finish wears off and what appears to be polished aluminum is really a cheap plating job that wears through and flakes off. Plus keep in mind the weight capacity of the rack is only a measly 5 pounds.

Look for a quality rack that has a brace that runs down to the lower fender for support. That is my next thing to get replaced.

Just my opinion on the one I paid well over a hundred bucks for.

Dave:
yep, I tried Oneida. Like Eric @ Xtreme, they're on b/o everywhere. I placed my order with Eric a few weeks ago, and as of today, it's due in in 1-2 days.

STP:
I've heard that about the stock luggage rack. Guess I'll take my chances as I was hard-pressed to find another that would mate up to the stock C50T sissy bar without having to replace the WHOLE sissy bar setup just to gain a luggage rack! Kinda pricey for a simple "shelf". Thanks for the warning though; it's good that we all look out for eachother.

Best,
Daryl

if you have not fond it yet. Barneys Suzuki of Brandon Florida has 2 in stock.
As far as five pounds that is a "safety issue...just rode over 3000 miles with a 45lbs of gear on the rack...the other day I had to move the bike over after testing a new trailer I am buying and I lifted the back end up by grabbing the luggage rack and scooting it over...5lbs think not...

Just picked mine up at Cycle City in Erie PA. Had to wait a few weeks for it because of back orders.
