| Picked up my C90t a couple of weeks ago, runs and rides great. However there is one little annoying thing that's driving me a little nutz There's a small plastic chrome looking disk that fits in the hole where the swingarm is attached to the frame. It's right between the pipes I believe. This thing has popped, rather violently off the bike on 3 different occasions. Luckily when I was just starting to go down my street. The last time it did it, it shot about 10 feet into the air. I'm thinking that the swingarm action generates air pressure and pops it off. It doesn't seem to fit in there very tightly. |

| I have had my C90T for about 2 months and have put about 3K miles on her. Have not had any issue with that part. I would take it back to the dealer and have them fix it under warranty. It is a great bike. I just put Roadhouse 2-1 pipe and K&N air filter on mine and it is running great and sounding wonderful.

| Have the dealer get you another chrome plug. They should fit in there pretty tight, so if your's is loose it need to be replaced.

I'm going to call them back and have them replace it. Weird though, it seems that because it's on tight is why it shoots off so hard. One question, when you put the K&N filter on yours (mines a 2006), was there an o ring around it? I couldn't find one. Dealer says there isn't one on the 2006 model. | |

| Whew, glad about the O ring. When I first put the K&N in, didn't see any instructions in the owners manual about an o ring. Then someone mentioned it, and I saw it in the K&N instructions, took it back apart, felt in the Airbox, couldn't find one, got a little paranoid as I'd been riding it for 700 miles... Dealer replaced the chrome plug. When the put the one I had in a model they had on the floor, it just fell out. New one is really tight.
