| The brakes on my 05 C50 seem more than adequate. I have had to panic stop a few times and did it without thinking. They are as good or better than my other motorcycles. I have had no problems when they are wet and no squealing during break in. I'm only 200 pounds so I am not testing the limits of the design. I'll know better when I get someone on the %%%%% seat. | I am at 14,500 km, so I have a few miles to go. I have been checking tire threads, then I have to see whats available here. v0lusia is using Pirelli MT66's and says they are good. 13,000 miles on your front, how much tread left? If the weather is good, I expect to change late July. At that time I will have the brakeline done as you did and also pads. Last edited by blackie1491; 06-02-2006 at 12:02 PM. |

Just the image of a C-50 (or M-50) doing a stoppie is absolutely hilarious. Keep the jokes coming and safe riding, BlueMax | |

| I've got about 11,000 on both my tires...still looking at which ones I want. I'd like to find one that doens't wear down too fast (cause I've got great milage out of these IRC's).
