| I just got the new C50 and love it. First bike, been riding 3 weeks. Already 400miles on it. I already have the itch for upgrades. One thing I'm planning, like everyone, is a new exhaust (plan on upgrading after appx 1500-2000 miles) I want something that pops, that really stands out. The only thing I've seen that I really like are the Martin brothers "Daisy Cutter" harley pipes. Seen at http://www.tejasthumpcycles.com/Parts/pipes/pipes.html. These are downward arching pipes. Haven't seen anything truly custom for the volusia or boulevard, anyone have any ideas. I'm going for the look, not necessarily the performance, but that will help. Thanks for any help.

| 1010: Also couldn't get your link, but here's a short list of manufacturers of pipes for our bikes: Cobra, Jardine, Hard Chrome, Samson( or Sampson ?), Vance & Hines. Many styles to chose from, so do your homework and check them out. I'm sure you'll come across others in your research as well, so stand-by to stand-by! If you don't know already, you may want to narrow your search to pipes with removeable baffles. That way you can adjust the baffles to how loud/quiet you want the pipes. BTW, I have the Hard Chrome 2.5" Stripper Straights on my '06 C50T. These DO NOT have exchangeable baffles; they are loud, take some getting used to, but I love them! Also, "2 into 1" pipes (where the two pipes come into one exhaust pipe; aka, 2:1) are said to give our V-Twins more performance. So, if that's a goal, consider Jardine and whoever else makes 2:1's. Sorry if this is info you already know; did not mean to insult your intelligence. Just covering all bases since I see this is your first post here and I don't know how much you know or have already learned. Cheers, Daryl PS- keep us posted on what you decide upon.
