Douglasville, Ga. I've had mine for 3 weeks & I'm past the 500 mile mark. I just have to say that this bike is incredible. Speed isn't a problem on this bike. I've opened it up at 120 mph in 4 gear about 5000 rpm & she kept pulling. I'm in love. I traded a 2001 HayaBusa to get this bike & I'm very happy so far.

Man, there must be something wrong with me. If I picked one up on Friday it would be going in on Monday for the break in service. That is the way it was with my S83.

No, he only lost that much on the M50 from when he bought it, right?

Correct Trapper. I purchased the 109 for $12399, then they added $1500 to that price due to negative equity on my m50. I only had the m50 for two months, and only made one payment on it so I was "upside-down". Essentially a bad move, but it's the price for impatience.

Anyone have some extra sleeping pills so I can sleep tonight? I feel like a kid at Christmas

Small world? I saw a black M109 parked in front of the hospital in Easton on Sunday. First one I'd ever seen. Was that you?

What was wrong with the M50? Are you an ex-sportbike rider having a hard time converting.

hadn't rode in a few years, bought the m50 to get back into it and after a short two months outgrew the bike. I love the cruisers and I would love a sport bike, but I'm unwilling (and unable) to pay the high insurance. So, the m109r is a larger bike with the performance I desire.

Oh, and it still hasn't arrived at the dealership yet. They keep calling the shipping company and Suzuki and the story is it's "in transit" and should be here any day....now they say small chance of Thursday, prolly Friday.

Finally Picked mine up today...Big Black Beauty...But,,,,after telling them about the overfill on oil problem(last week before I was to pick it up)...It was still overfilled....Should've checked it myself before leaving...Had oil coming out of the left air filter housing,,,turned around went back...they drained it ....said they were sorry...And to my dismay the front tire is on Backwards also!...geez....now its back to the dealer sat. to get that right....What else But on a lighter note,,,handles just as good as my 1600 marauder..Big tire ,no handle,,not!Seat is perfect..no numb butt at all...after 120 miles today...

I took in my C50 yesterday for the recall and a valve adjustment. They had 2 M109Rs on the floor, so I had to sit on one. I really didn't like having my legs sticking out that far in front of me on those forward pegs. I guess I'm not a muscle-cruiser person - I'll be keeping my C50....
