Default Free M109r Jacket

For anyone who has recently bought a 109r go to http://m109r.suzukicycles.com and fill out the info. They will send you a new jacket for free. Takes 6-8 weeks to get. I talked to my dealer today about it but forgot to ask how long the offer is good for.

The question I have...Did you look at the sizing chart?

Size Numeric Weight Height Waist
Medium 42 130-145 5'4"-5'11" 29" - 32"
Large 44 145-160 5'6" - 6'0" 30" - 33"
X-Large 46 160-175 5'8" - 6'1" 31" - 34"
XX-Large 48 175-190 5'10" - 6'2" 32" - 35"
XXX-Large 50 190-220 6'0" - 6'3" 33" - 36"
XXXX-Large 52+ 220-235 6'1 - 6'4" 34" - 37"

I am 6'1" tall, 36 waist and weigh 230 lbs. Normally I wear an X Large shirt size and jacket size...according to this chart, I would wear an XXXX-Large...

Kind of scary to know that I might be an XXXX-Large!!!

Mine came out about right for my size. I know they are tighter than normal jackets so an xxxx might not be as bad as you think. I'm sure if it would be totally out of wack you could send it back for another size. You'd only have to wait another 6-8 weeks.

I have to go with 2xL-3xL jackets most of the time, due to the fact that I have a 52" chest from lifting weights all the time. So the height measurement never works for me.

Something to keep in mind when ordering a jacket that you can't try on at the store.

Our promotion in Canada is 2 years free ext warranty. (net 3) - Given a new model I jumped on that.

I guess the weight is little bit of everywhere...I have pretty broad shoulders though and I really should drop some pounds off the gut though!! I need to switch to hard liquor from beer...less calories!!

Dang,,no free swag for me when I bought my LC last year and none for me when I just bought the V-Strom. Hmmm,,, I guess the free stuff is for first year models only to help compensate for first year problems,,,,hopefully not.

Note: the writer of this post says these things only because he is jealous.

Usually reserved for owners of that "Other brand". However, you did leave yourself wide open there.....
