The only thing that I got was a coupon for a free t-shirt from my dealer. But, that same coupon could be used instead to get 20% any accessory over $50. Are there really any accessories under $50??!?

I'm sure if you asked for their dealer sticker to put on your bike they'd give that to you for free

I have contacted Suzuki and they are contacting the vendor who makes the jacket to see what size I should get. I'm 5'10 1/2" 195 lbs with a 36-38" waist. By there chart I could be three sizes. They first said to go to my local dealer and try one on. I then informed them that no one has them. One thing I still can't get is that everyone knows nothing from the dealer to the customer service. Do they talk at Suzuki? I will let you know what they say.

I sent a e-mail to suzukim109r to ask about the size of the jacket, I told them that I was 5'10", 190, 40 inch wasit. They told me to get a xxx or a 4x.
My current riding jacket is an xl, so I went with the xxx. Hope its not to large.

Wondering .......The dealer said to wait 2 weeks at least before I summit my jacket request due to warranty paperwork getting to zuk....did any of you wait 2 weeks or just sent in online the info?Thanks

Larry, I would think a little bigger would be safe/better, but what if it is way off? The way I look at it, if I give them my specs and they say get the XXXL and it does not fit, I would think they would send me a second jacket the size up and or down. I will let you know what they say, should hear from them on Monday.

got a call from suzuki regarding an email I sent them. She said if the jacket doesn't fit, they'll do what ever it takes to get you the right size. Just sucks that you'll have to wait even longer.
