Default KURYAKYN Ellipse Mirrors?

Anybody that has these mirrors, do you like them? I like the looks of them but don't want them if they need to be adjusted all the time and vibrate real bad. Any opinions on these mirrors? Or recomend some mirrors that look similar to these but are better quality?

Maybe Volusia will pipe up on this. I seem to remember a thread about vibrations.

Default I do

I just put them on right before Daytona Bike week.

They look good and definitley do not vibrate. They are very tight although they are new.

Only prob I have with them is they are slightly tinted and convex. Also a little more effort to keep clean with the voids in the arms.
Takes a little getting use to but I like them.

You have any pics with them on your bike? I wish I could see a pic of an M50 with them on. Anybody?

I have them on my M50, though not any miles on them yet (windy and COLD here)...the left mirror was so tight, I could barely adjust it, and one of the tiny hex-head screws that change tension adjustments stripped out the first time I put a wrench on it (and I didn't go nuts trying to turn it either )...they seem QUITE firmly set, and it's tough to shift the heads to see better as they are now. Mine are the 'flat' glass- no convex or tinting to them.

Here's a couple pics of them installed on my M50 Black:

thank you all for your pics and opinions. I think these are just the mirrors that I've been looking for. Will order them within the next few days.

Heh...okay Iceman- the mirrors could stand a shot of Windex...problem is, the temps have been in the thirties, so I haven't wanted to try washing the bike yet!

And I have a solution in mind for the "cleaning the garage" thing Bluecruzer- it's called "razing and rebuilding"!! Just have to get the details of what I can do zoning-wise, then get the loan organized...at least that stall (it's 4 stalls wide) doesn't leak on the bike! So, unless I hit Lotto, I'll be finding a good home equity line of credit! (Problem is, you have to PLAY Lotto to win... )

At least the pic showed what the mirrors look like on the bike!!
