Cool ZDitis has struck again

Well it was in remission for a long time but it has struck again. I need to get new tires before the ride so I decided to let Dave sell me some. But as usual it wasn't enough to just get what I need. Along with the tires I will be getting Cobra Speedster Slashdowns, an FI Controller (undecided), Air Kit (Undecided), and maybe a set of these babies.

Oh and maybe a Memphis Shades Big Shot.

If you have any input on the FI or Air kit I'm listening...

Explain why the PCIII over the Techlusion or the Thunderjet Lightining.

The reviews I saw rated them better then the PCIII

Better not blow all your trip money on bling. The power of the darkside is strong,, you must not waiver!!!!!

Don't worry,, I keep thinkin' about a light bar set up for mine along with the windshield as well.

What kind of light bar is that Don???? I kinda like those,, wonder if they will work for the LC???

Kuryakyn Driving Light Bar- This is one of the more enlightening products you can add to your motorcycle. The bar is die-cast and chrome-plated for stunning good looks. Halogen Silver Bullets™ are mounted on top to function as driving lights. A band of high-intensity amber L.E.D.s start in front and wrap around each end of the bar and function as both running lights and auxiliary turn signals. The side-facing L.E.D.s help to alert nearby cars and motorcycles of your intentions. A variety of mounting brackets (sold separately) are available to fit most of today’s popular cruisers. The light bar comes with 2 styles of driving light bezels so that you can select your own particular style. Installation instructions are included. Note: This Light Bar is compatible with most windshields, but does not fit with Memphis Fats.

There are instructions for building your own lightbar. It is listed as a C50 bar, but costs out at around $80.
It is listed as a pdf file through VolusiaRiders.com

Don, that link is a little hokey.

Last year Techlusion had a thinly disguised web-site that was paid advertising that slammed Power Commander.

Mr. Dobeck had a hand in creating the Power Commander.

I did a little WHOIS sniffing for that link, and come up empty handed. Just some shadowy "Private" registrations. However, interestingly enough, techlusion.com and totalfuel.net share the same domain servers if that means anything?

I'd be a little wary of the "shootout" presented on that site. I didn't see any hard evidence. Just an anonymous author telling us why one is better. No facts.

I'll be watching this as I think a fuel processor and a K&N are in my future. Miss Cleo told me so..... Oh yeah, those Cobras are LOUD. I recently installed the Speedster Shorts on mine, and modified the V&H Quiet Baffles to work in them. Much better - my eardrums don't vibrate in the helmet anymore.
