|  New Helmet sizing question
After reading several of the threads on Helmets, I have decided to purchase one of the flip up chin versions. I went looking for the HJC sy-max and tried on those, cl-max and Nolans. The "help" or clerks measured my head and said I need a large. They are not riders and there was no one in the department with helmet experience. I really liked the Sy-max but my question is this; the large felt too tight with pressure points on the cheek bone and back of the jaw. The extra large felt firm but no pressure points. Should I purchase the extra large even though my size measures a "large"? Or will the large break in? Clint |
